‘THE MAN IS NOT FIGHTING FOR US’ HUDDAH ON MAANDAMANO

By  |

Socialite Huddah Monroe has spoken against anti-government protests led by opposition leader Raila Odinga.

In a series of posts, Huddah said Raila is not fighting for the betterment of Kenya, “I’m all for the riots if it’s for change, but because I hate how Raila doesn’t know how to put out his agendas. I can’t be on the streets. The man is not fighting for us. He is fighting for his share on the table and just destroying the country. What development has he ever done in Kenya? All I know since I was born is destruction.”

Adding, “If Raila was really fighting for the citizen and betterment of Kenya and not his retirement plan, the whole country will be on the streets, but we know him as a riot master, failed coup planner and destroyer since we came out of the womb. That’s why some of us are indoors smiling while suffering.”

Huddah called on the president to fight corruption, “Ruto still remains one of the presidents with balls. He is seeing 10 to 20 years from now. The people on the streets are seeing lunch and dinner, we can’t win. The poor will remain poor for many years and the rich will only get richer. Meanwhile, the government needs the taxes to stay afloat, but we don’t trust them anymore because they are not fighting.

The biggest issue of why the country is broke, and that is corruption. We pay more and they pocket more. The money never goes into bettering the lives of wanainchi, at least make education free, cheaper housing, better health care, and removing something from our budget. Ensure proper utilisation of resources. Don’t just ask us to pay.”
