‘I HAVE NOT BEEN SERVED COURT PAPERS’ MINNE SENDS CEASE AND DESIST LETTER TO MICHELLE

Real Housewives of Nairobi star Minne Kariuki has sent a cease and desist letter to Marini founder Michelle Ntalami, demanding that she stop using her name for clout. 

According to Kariuki, she has not been served with any court papers on the ongoing legal battle between Michelle and her. “That as of the date of this letter, our client has not been and never has been formally or otherwise served with any court papers related to any lawsuit filed by you.” read the letter by Mwenda Njagi & Co Advocates.

“That your public statement suggesting legal action against our client without serving  with proper notice or legal documents are both inaccurate and defamatory,” the letter further stated.

Minnie seeks compensation of Sh3 million from Ntalami. “Upon satisfaction of our demands we shall also be demanding a sum of Sh3 million being general damages for demanding of our client being guided by the award in Mwananchi Credit Limited & another vs Anerlisa Muigai/2019/eKLR.”
