TERRYANNE CHEBET DISHES ON HER BRIEF STINT AS A MAKE UP ARTIST

Media personality Terryanne Chebet, known synonymous for her journalistic prowess, has revealed a lesser-known chapter of her career journey. 

In an Instagram post, Chebet shared the intriguing story of her brief stint into the world of beauty as a make up artist. “Nya Lang’o, did my own make up and it feels close to what I want it to look like. How many marks do I get? 💯? It is in times like this I’m reminded that my first side hustle was as a Make-up artist (2003-2005). I was a junior TV Producer who wanted more, it was fun, I made some money, grew my networks, and I’m still in awe of that time.”

At the time, many people looked down at make-up artists, “Not many people took you seriously when you said you were the make-up artist on set. I’m so glad to see how that has changed through the years! So proud of every single make-up artist investing in themselves, building their brand and in making others feel and look beautiful!”
