‘WORLD’S GREATEST SPACE GEEK’ ANNE KIGUTA INTRODUCES SON UHURU

Media personality Anne Kiguta has introduced her son with Jomo Gecaga to the public.

Kiguta shared a series of photos of her son Uhuru with the Russian ambassador to Kenya Dimitry Maksyimichev during the premiere of The Challenge feature film, “My work affords me very few privileges but this is one of the most special ones: I had the singular honour to introduce the world’s greatest space geek, my son Uhuru, to HE the Russian Amb. to Kenya Dimitry Maksyimichev at a space-themed celebration marking 60 years of diplomatic relations between Kenya and the Russian Federation. 

The media personality further disclosed her son thoroughly enjoyed the film, “My little guy was almost quite literally over the moon to watch ‘The Challenge’, the first ever feature film shot in space at the ISS. He could barely blink as the cosmonauts did their drills and the rocket launched. Russia is a space power having achieved the first lunar landing with Luna 2 and delivered Sputnik 1, the first artificial earth satellite in space. It now aims to continue exploration on the lunar South Pole in what is being styled as a new space-race.”

Adding, “In a time of complex diplomatic relationships and with great global questions on the table, there are still many ways nations can collaborate and space is one of them. Kenya and Russia aim to increase collaboration in science and technology as well as trade. Congratulations to Kenya and Russia for navigating and maintaining pleasant relations and of course to my little universe, the real life boss baby.”
