BIG TED OPENS UP ABOUT DIVORCE AND RAISING HIS 2 GIRLS

Kenya’s Consul General for Los Angeles, Thomas Kwaka also known as Big Ted, opened up about his divorce.

In an interview with Iko Nini podcast, Ted who has two daughters with his ex-wife, said they get everything they want, “I have two girls with my ex-wife. A 13 year old and a 10 year old. I have covered them even if you Google them, you will never find them. It is not their problem it didn’t work, I hate when people use their kids as scapegoats. I’m a slave to my kids, I cannot tell them no, anything they want, they get. They are my friends and we talk every day.”

He also spoke about what led to the split with his ex-wife, revealing he felt like they were strangers, “When we met I was going in a different direction from her and I didn’t take time to merge those things together. We came and found we were total strangers. It wasn’t about my job or money.”

Big Ted also discussed big mistakes people make when they get married, “Biggest mistake which many people make when they are going through marriage is going with a plan B. Anything you do with a plan B you will never give plan A the best. Be friends whether there is money or no money. Remember this the person you are supposed to spend with for the rest of your life. Invest in the things that time cannot take away from you. One thing you need to remember is that what takes you there keeps you there.”
