OGA OBINNA TAKES LEGAL ACTION AGAINST BLACK CINDERELLA OVER SEXUAL ABUSE ALLEGATIONS

Popular radio personality Steve Thompson Magana also known as Oga Obinna has taken legal action against socialite Black Cinderella who accused him of rape.

“@ogaobinna let’s do this for you fake Nigerian. I told them I have a story behind it… @nebulazzkenya are you ready to share how you rescued me…. I call you my hero. In case my face changed, this is me the young girl you stopped Oga Obinna from beating me after he mercilessly raped me pressing my head inside the wardrobe with a duvet the whole night and you took his car keys you drove me back to town and helped me get a matatu. I grew up and I am here to tell my story boldly. A rapist cannot body shame me…not in my country.” Black Cinderella wrote on Instagram.

Through his lawyer Oscar Otieno & Company Advocates, Oga Obinna sent a demand letter to the socialite accusing her of defaming him. “On 11th January 2024, our client learnt, with utter great shock and surprise, of your defamatory publication concerning him on your Instagram page and status using your Instagram handle @BlackCinderella254.

Our client is a celebrity, a radio host and a social media influencers with good repute and standing but your publication was meant to mean and were understood to mean to the right thinking member of the public that he is a rapist, a perpetrator of gender based violence, immoral, unethical and outcast in the society and a person who does not serve deserve to be accorded any iota of respect.”

Obinna’s legal representative dismissed the accusations as unfounded and driven by malicious intent. “We have been instructed to urgently demand the following from you: That you immediately delete the defamatory post against our client. A full and equivocal retraction and apology statement in terms to be approved by us. The statement above to be published on Instagram in the same manner and prominence on the same day of the week, Thursday. An undertaking not to repeat this allegation.”
