RAMZZY WARNS MIKE MONDO: KEEP MY CHILDREN OFF SOCIAL MEDIA OR FACE LEGAL ACTION

By  |

Classic 105 FM radio presenter Mike Mondo is currently facing legal difficulties due to the sharing images of his recently formed blended family on social media. Mondo who is dating content creator Shiko Nguru who has two children with social media influencer Ramadhani Oluoch popularly known as Ramzzy.

In late 2023, issues arose when the radio presenter posted photos of his newly formed family on social media, which included images featuring Ramzzy’s children. On January 9, Ramzzy through his lawyer, James Makori Advocate sent a cease and desist letter to Mondo.

Our client instructs us that after parting ways with the mother to his children, you took the bold step of picking up from where he left and he commends you for that. However, he instructs us that with time you developed an aura of pettiness and overstepped your boundaries as a boyfriend to the mother of his children and even had the audacity to start posting photos of his children online, the letter read in part.

Mike Mondo with girlfriend Shiko Nguru.

He accused the radio presenter of exposing his children yet he doesn’t post his biological kids, “We are further instructed that you have your own children to whom you do not post but you choose to post our clients children for clout and attention and our client wonders to what end.

It will be so unfortunate if you are using innocent children to drive listenership and improve ratings for your show. As radio presenter you are expected to at the very least be well acquainted with media laws to understand why mass media outlets typically blur and or pixelate the faces of children in photos and videos to protect their privacy and anonymity,” the lawyer said.

The cease and desist letter demanded that the radio presenter take down all photos of the children from his social media platforms and cease posting such photos in the future. Mondo was also asked to issue an unconditional apology to Ramzzy within 72 hours. Failure to which it may lead to legal proceedings against Mondo in a court of law.
