AFROSTREET KOLLEKTIONS, KAVEKE & WAZA WAZI TO SHOWCASE AT MALINDI FASHION SPECTACLE

Celebrating International Women’s Day, Mochez Models, Mawimbi Restaurant, Cafe Amka, The Kasa, and Burmese Africa proudly present the Malindi Fashion Spectacle at The Kasa Malindi (formerly Leopard Points Malindi), embodying a fusion of tradition and modernity. In line with the theme of International Women’s Day 2024, Invest in Women, Accelerate Progress, the event promises a captivating blend of traditional African styles and contemporary trends. Beyond fashion, the celebration champions empowerment, resilience, and cultural preservation.

In collaboration with the local department of tourism, the Malindi Fashion Spectacle not only celebrates fashion and empowerment but also aims to boost the local tourism sector. This partnership seeks to elevate Malindi’s status as a cultural and fashion destination, thereby nurturing the growth of the local tourism industry.

The runway will feature esteemed designers such as Lazizi Clothing, Afrofuture Jewelry, Afrostreet Kollektions, Kaveke, MaruMara Creations, Waza Wazi, and four talented local Malindi designers. The event will spotlight 25 captivating models, including 20 females and 5 males.
