MAUREEN WAITITU ON INTRODUCING NEW PARTNER TO HER BABY DADDY

Content creator Maureen Waititu, a single mother of two, is exploring the dating scene and recently shared her experiences on the Blended Family podcast channel. She highlighted the substantial contrasts between dating before and after becoming a parent.

According to Maureen, she wanted to Introduce her man to her baby daddy first, before he met her kids, “I remember earlier on during my breakup with my baby daddy; I told him I will always respect you, and if I find somebody in my life who I feel is going to be here, I would want you to be the first person to know. So that there are no surprises, no matter how painful it might seem, we are going to sit down and work through it. That was my desire but it didn’t happen.” 

The content creator also prefers living separately with her partner until she is married. “Something I practice to date is my boys will never wake up and find some guy in the living room with his belly out. I’m also modelling to them my values as a woman. It doesn’t mean I won’t have fun, when I’m dating somebody I would rather we have separate lives until when he will be in my life permanently.”
