‘I’M SUFFOCATING AND DROWNING’ NAZIZI PAYS TRIBUTE TO LATE SON

Musician Nazizi has revealed her ongoing struggle with grief over the loss of her late son, Jazeel Adam. 

Jazeel, her second born child with husband Tanaka, passed away in December while the family was on vacation in Tanzania. In a heartfelt post, Nazizi expressed the overwhelming weight of her sorrow, describing feelings of pain, “Suffocating, drowning, unbreakable pain and confusion. I miss you my Jazzy, mama needs you,’ she wrote.

On February 11, Nazizi paid tribute to her late son, commemorating 50 days since his passing. She shared a video of Jazeel and captioned, “Broken, drowning in the darkness, I will never be ok again. How do I keep going without the light of my life? Why should I wake up every morning, just to cry and miss you all day? You loved us so much, and we loved you even more, my precious Jazzy. 

This video just captures your spirit  in a few seconds. All you ever needed was for us four to be together all the time. You brought a new meaning to family. My boy life is unbearable without you. Mama loves you so much, and I would do anything to be with you again. I will never be the same, my world stopped when you left me Jiji.
