MINNE KARIUKI OPENS UP ABOUT POSTPARTUM STRUGGLES

Reality star Minne Kariuki is getting real about her motherhood journey. The mother of two shared the challenges of achieving a flat tummy after giving birth. 

In a candid revelation, Kariuki said self-acceptance for new mothers navigating the postpartum period is important. “Let’s be candid moms, that flat tummy is the hardest thing to achieve postpartum. I struggle just like you are,” Kariuki confessed.

“Maybe I have good genes but honestly it takes a lot of commitment to wear a corset a whole day and night. If you want that bad, you can attain it but hey take your time, we all have different goals and timelines. Anyway, who is judging?“

Kariuki recently made her first appearance after giving birth at The Bahati’s Empire premiere. Minne encouraged new mothers to focus on mental stability and happiness over physical appearance. “To all moms during this postpartum period, I am sending you my love as you navigate it all. It’s not easy, all that matters is that mentally you are stable and happy,” she added.
