INSIDE MIKE TYSON’S SON VACATION IN KENYA
Miguel Lion Tyson, son of legendary boxer Mike Tyson, recently returned from a two-week vacation with the Maasai community in Amboseli, Kenya.
During his stay, Miguel documented the rise of women empowerment in the village. In a heartfelt social media post titled ‘Maasai Memories: Part 1,’ Miguel shared his experiences: “Spent two weeks living with the Maasai in Amboseli alongside @iwilgo. During that time, I documented the rise of women empowerment in the village through business initiatives and the lifestyle of the warriors, children, and elders.”
Miguel’s journey was not just a personal adventure but also an opportunity to highlight and support the significant work being done in the Maasai community by Iwilgo. “I was welcomed with open arms and am so honoured that I was able to be a part of the amazing work the Maasai and iwilgo are doing in the area through infrastructure projects, education, and community development.“
The non-profit organisation provides community driven and community engaged health, education and employment training and programming to transition people out of poverty.
