G MONEY LANDS NEW RADIO JOB AFTER LEAVING HOMEBOYZ

Radio personality Conrad Gray popularly known as G Money is set to join UK-based online station Robbo Ranx Radio.

G Money took to social media to make the announcement, “What a nice studio. You should see the floor! Shhhh @robboranxradio” he said. While confirming the news, the media station announced, “Kenya 🇰🇪, we’re in talks with your Ambassador @gmoneyizme … his agent thinks we could do the deal before #deadlineday #Transfer Imminent 🚀🚀🚀”

In June 2024, the radio personality announced his departure from Homeboyz Radio after nearly 16 years with the station. Speaking on the Banter Box podcast, G Money said he hosted his last show at Homeboyz Radio on June 20. “I have been doing radio at Homeboyz Radio for 6,066 days. I have done the morning show for like 16 years. I think it’s time for a mutual revamp,” he said.

The radio presenter called on media stations to invest on talent, “I feel it’s good at this time for the station to be cognisant of the financial and media landscape as it is, to re-invest in talent and refresh. It’s time for me to say to myself that the kid who wanted to do radio all these years ago has been able to do it for 30 years,” he added.

G Money also revealed he is living his dream, “God gave me the opportunity to not only just do it but do it in so many places. I have done shows in Jamaica, America, Netherlands, Trinidad, Kenya, Ghana, and Uganda. I have been able to live the radio dream.”
