ELIUD KIPCHOGE HANGS OUT WITH MANCHESTER UNITED PLAYERS

Olympic marathon champion Eliud Kipchoge was among the tens of thousands of fans at Old Trafford on Sunday evening, as Manchester United faced off against Liverpool FC.  “A legend in our midst. Great to see you, @EliudKipchoge #MUFC” Manchester United team wrote on their X account.

Kipchoge shares a close friendship with Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the owner of INEOS and part-owner of Manchester United. Before attending the match at Old Trafford, Kipchoge visited Manchester United’s training session on Saturday, ahead of their game with Liverpool.

Kipchoge made history in 2019 by participating in the INEOS 1.59 Challenge, becoming the first person to run a marathon in under two hours.
