Kendi disclosed that her baby had passed away two weeks ago, unbeknownst to her, “I suffered a miscarriage, my body was still holding on. It’s by mare luck that I did not become septic coz as per the doc’s info our baby died 2 weeks ago and I did not know,” she shared.

Adding that she only discovered the heartbreaking news after experiencing excruciating pain and heavy bleeding late into the night. “On Monday just after midnight is when all hell broke loose. I was in excruciating pain, uchungu nilihisi weeeh!  and I lost so much blood I was bleeding alooot for hours before I was taken into theatre around 8:00 in the morning on Tuesday but it is well. Physically, I’m recovering well, mentally and emotionally I’m taking one step at a time.

Despite following every pregnancy precaution, Kendi faced the miscarriage. “What I don’t understand is what happened and I did everything right? I followed each and every rule and I was extra careful. And by the way this is my second miscarriage so now I’m letting go and letting God,” she added.

She issued a health warning for expectant mothers, urging them to monitor their symptoms and seek immediate medical attention if something feels wrong. “When all the pregnancy symptoms go away and you feel ok, please see your doctor. Your life and that of your baby could be at risk. I’m sharing this to help someone out there. This was my case, and it can go bad really fast, so please get your check-ups even if it’s not your clinic day,” she advised.
