Kenyan Olympic champion Faith Kipyegon recently thrilled her fans by sharing a series of photos and videos from her meet-up with American rap sensation Megan Thee Stallion at the Athlos NYC. Accompanying the captivating visuals was Megan’s song Mamushi feat Yuki Chiba.

Kipyegon clocked 4 minutes, 79 seconds to win the race. The Kenyan middle-distance runner clinched her biggest single bag in athletics, with a USD60,000 (Sh7.7milion) reward.

Athlos NYC is the first female-only track event funded by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, the husband of retired tennis star Serena Williams. The lucrative event featured 36 of the top track stars in the world in short and middle distance running.
