HUDDAH MONROE DENIES ARREST RUMOURS AND LINKS TO HUSH PUPPI
Kenyan socialite and businesswoman, Huddah Monroe, has denied rumours claiming she was under house arrest in Dubai and is allegedly linked to notorious internet fraudster, Hush Puppi.
Hush Puppi, whose real name is Ramon Abbas, was arrested in 2020 for large-scale cyber fraud and money laundering, but Huddah said she has no connection to him. She shared her Dubai Police Good Conduct Certificate, dated December 2021, which attests to her clean standing. “Hush Puppi was arrested in 2020. This is my Dubai Police Good Conduct certificate from Dec 2021. Whoever came up with these lies, we will find you,” she stated.
The certificate, issued by Dubai’s General Department of Criminal Investigation, reads: “The above-mentioned individual is of good conduct and behavior until the issuance date of this certificate. This certificate is issued upon individual request, and the department is not liable toward any legal rights of others.” Huddah expressed her frustration with the false allegations.
