MILLY CHEBBY DISCLOSES SHE FIRED OVER 20 NANNIES IN 2024 

Content creator Milly Chebby recently opened up about a difficult decision she made in March, letting go of a nanny who had been with her family for two and a half years. 

Chebby disclosed that the nanny, whom she trusted, had been mistreating her young daughter Mila. “This year, in March, I let go of our nanny of two and a half years. I willingly let her go because I realised she used to beat my daughter,” she shared. 

She went on to discuss the ongoing challenge of finding reliable childcare, revealing that she has hired 24 different nannies this year alone in her search for dependable caregivers. Chebby began hiring two nannies simultaneously, hoping that this approach would help Mila feel more secure and comfortable at home. “Since then, I have been hiring two nannies at a go, and for real, it’s been hard getting a good one. That’s how I got to 24 nannies up to date,” she explained. 

She finally found two caregivers who have positively impacted Mila’s well-being. Noting that her daughter now appears happier and healthier, “I can happily say I found two good nannies, and we are cruising nicely. Right now, you can notice Mila has added weight.“
