AWINJA ATTENDS CHRIS BROWN’S CONCERT IN SOUTH AFRICA

Actress Jacky Vike, popularly known as Awinja, was among the thousands of fans who attended Chris Brown’s highly-anticipated concert in South Africa.

Awinja took to social media to share the unforgettable experience. Hours before the show, Awinja could barely contain her enthusiasm, posting on Instagram, “Baaas Chris Brown ready!!! Tonight is the Night!”

After the concert, Awinja posted snippets of the evening, describing the event as an emotional journey that transported her back to moments from the past. “He took me back to the days of reading lyrics in newspapers. An experience to remember, still can’t get over it. We were so in our feelings yesterday,” she said. 

She also praised the show’s production quality, highlighting Chris Brown’s outfit changes and an epic fireworks display. “He changed outfits like four times. And fireworks to crown the beautiful night. I can’t explain the feeling, guys; you have to be there to understand. An experience worth your time.” 

Chris Brown performed at a sold-out FNB stadium, Johannesburg on Saturday. More than 90 000 fans showed up to help Brown make history, and when he finally spoke to the audience after singing his heart out, the singer made sure to tell fans how special the night was for him.

“I just want to say from the bottom of my heart I love you guys so much. This night means a lot to me. I ain’t been out here in a long time. I’ve been rocking for two and a half hours, and y’all just let me rock. I appreciate that,” he said before the audience started chanting, “Breezy!“.
