Socialite Kibanja has tied the knot with her on-and-off boyfriend, Rodgers, in a beautiful traditional wedding ceremony. 

Videos from the intimate event, shared by the official wedding photographer, captured the couple radiating happiness on their special day. Kibanja had first shared her engagement news in October 2024, delighting her followers with a video flaunting her stunning engagement ring. 

The announcement came as a pleasant surprise to many, given the ups and downs in her personal life earlier this year. In August 2024, Kibanja confirmed her break up with a flamboyant businessman, a relationship that had drawn public attention. She opened up to her fans with cryptic yet candid messages on social media, hinting at the challenges she faced. “Lol when men hate you, they make sure not even a ring should ever convince you,” she wrote at the time. 

Determined to leave the past behind, Kibanja publicly declared her desire to move forward. “I appreciate the love, guys. Please stop associating my name with people who are dead to me. Thank you,” she wrote in an Instagram Story. 

She also criticised what she described as the unfulfillable nature of lust, quoting a Twitter user: “Imagine having someone who loves you and is ultimately perfect, and you still can’t be satisfied. That will forever be your downfall.”
