ELSA MAJIMBO DESCRIBES LA FIRES AS ONE OF THE MOST DEVASTATING EVENTS SHE’S EVER WITNESSED

Comedian and social media sensation Elsa Majimbo has spoken out about the recent devastating wildfires that have swept across Southern California, describing the experience as one of the most harrowing events she has ever witnessed. 

In a statement, Majimbo shared her personal ordeal, revealing that the year began with her battling a severe flu that left her bedridden and barely able to eat. “I haven’t been on the internet in some time, so I thought I would just give an update. Since January 1, I was really sick. I couldn’t move from bed, I was barely eating, and I was scared,” said Majimbo.

Majimbo, who has called Los Angeles home for several years, said it was heartbreaking seeing it engulfed in flames. “Then, the fires in LA started. Let me tell you, I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. It’s one of the most devastating things I’ve ever witnessed. LA is my home. I’ve been living here for years now. I love this place. I know I’m going to raise my kids here. I love LA so much,” she said. 

Southern California has faced numerous wildfires since the start of the year, fuelled by dry conditions and strong winds, displacing thousands of residents and causing widespread destruction.
