JANET MBUGUA JOINS NATION MEDIA AFTER 8 YEARS BREAK
Journalist Janet Mbugua is making her highly anticipated return to the media industry after an eight-year hiatus.
She is set to join Nation Media Group (NMG). The announcement was made by Simaloi Dajom, the Group’s Head of Broadcasting, who praised Mbugua’s expertise in connecting with audiences across multiple platforms. “I am excited to inform you that renowned media personality, Janet Mbugua has joined Nation Media Group. Janet is highly skilled in engaging audiences on TV, Radio and Digital media,” Dajom said in a statement.
Mbugua’s last role in media was at Royal Media Services’ Citizen TV, where she co-anchored prime-time news alongside Hussein Mohamed. She also contributed as a show host and content producer. “Janet is an advocate of inclusivity for women and girls and is also passionate about amplifying voices for social change. She joins a vibrant team dedicated to delivering compelling, solution-driven content across our multimedia platforms,” added Dajom.
