MAKUTANO JUNCTION ACTOR PATRICK SERRO PASSES AWAY

The entertainment industry is in mourning the sudden passing of Patrick Serro, a renowned actor, radio producer, and scriptwriter best known for his iconic role in Makutano Junction.

Serro’s sister, Ascar Serro Ogombe, recounted how Serro had been a pillar of support for his family since the passing of their parents over 30 years ago. “After the death of our parents, over 30 years ago, you took charge and have been our pillar, being there for all of us.”

She shared details about his final moments.“Yesterday, you left the garage and went straight home. When you were relaxing, watching your past videos, you felt a sharp pain in your chest. On the way to the hospital at 4:50 PM, you sent me a message that you weren’t feeling well. I rushed to the hospital later in the evening, where I received the news that you are no more. Go well, my brother Patrick Serro. Till we meet again,” she wrote.

The news of Serro’s passing has sent shockwaves through the entertainment community, with colleagues and friends paying tribute to his legacy. Actress Caroline Midimo, who worked closely with Serro, shared an emotional message on social media, reflecting on his vibrant personality and the profound impact he had on those around him.
