MIKE SONKO SLAMS OGA OBINNA & KIMANI MBUGUA’S FATHER FOR PUBLICLY EXPOSING FAMILY STRUGGLES

Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has publicly criticised comedian Oga Obinna, as well as Kimani Mbugua’s father, for continuously exposing Kimani’s personal struggles across social media platforms.

In a statement addressing the matter, Sonko said, “Obinna and Senior Kimani Mbugua, I totally disagree with you. You guys are forgetting Kimani has not healed well. You go and attack him; what you are doing is wrong. If your son is not talking to you, look for him. Kimani is your blood, and you don’t attack your blood publicly. Look for your son and bring him. We take him to rehab and give him another chance. Even us, our kids make mistakes, and we give them another chance.”

Sonko revealed that Kimani’s family had reached out for him to celebrate Christmas with his family before resuming his medical care. He pledged to personally assist in Kimani’s recovery, “Bring Kimani; I will deal with him until he gets well,” Sonko added. “Even Conjestina Achieng, we gave her another chance. She is now doing well and will soon be discharged. Eunice Omollo was discharged and now has a job.”
