CIRU MURIUKI PAYS TRIBUTE TO LATE FIANCÉ CHARLES OUDA A YEAR AFTER HIS DEATH
Media personality Ciru Muriuki has shared an emotional tribute to her late fiancé, celebrated actor Charles Ouda, on the first anniversary of his passing.
Ciru opened up about the pain of losing the love of her life and enduring his absence. “A year ago today, I learned what pain was. True, devastating, earth-shattering pain. And in the minutes, hours, days since, your absence has taught me yet another lesson; that you were truly the love of my life. I hate living without you. I hate not being able to see you. I hate never hearing your voice, your laugh, whatever new nickname you conjured up for me,” she said.
The tribute, accompanied by a series of intimate photos of the couple with fans and friends flooding the comments section with messages of love and support. “I hate not creating with you. I hate falling asleep without you. I hate waking up without you. I hate that this is my reality now, this life sentence without parole. I hate that a year ago, the world lost one of its brightest stars. I love you, my king. Always. Always. ” she added.
The cause of his death was never publicly revealed. His passing occurred five months after he proposed to Ciru. The actor was cremated on February 15 at the Kariokor Crematorium.
