EMMA TOO FINDS LOVE WITH NIGERIAN POLITICIAN FOLORUNSHO COKER
Emma Too, a former beauty queen and renowned landscape and interior designer, is in a relationship with Nigerian politician and businessman Folorunsho Coker, popularly known as Foli Coker.
Emma recently took to Instagram to share a tribute to her partner, Foli, in celebration of Valentine’s Day, posting a sweet video of the two together. This comes shortly after she celebrated a significant milestone in his life, his graduation. She shared photos with the caption, “Congratulations, darling,” showcasing her pride and support for his achievement. The couple, who have been dating for several months, have been inseparable despite the distance between them.
Emma, who owns Prime Homes & Gardens Ltd, boasts an impressive career and accolades. She is a former titleholder of Face of Africa and Elite Look of the Year and was named one of People Magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful People in 2006.
Who Is Folorunsho Coker?
Folorunsho is the Director General of the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation, a position he has held since March 2017. He has an extensive portfolio in public service, having previously served as the Managing Director of the Lagos State Number Plate Production Authority, Commissioner for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, and Special Adviser for the Central Business District in Lagos State. Before venturing into public service, Coker was the CEO of Brown Restaurant and La Casa Group.
His contributions to culture were recognised in September 2021 when the Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, conferred him with the title of Baba Eto of Yoruba-land during the annual Olojo Festival.
Coker’s two divorces
His first marriage was to Folake Akindele-Coker, the founder of the iconic fashion label Tiffany Amber. The marriage produced three children, the two got divorced but Folake continues to use his surname to this day. Coker’s second marriage was to Aisha Rimi, a founding partner at Africa Law Practice (ALP NG & Co), a commercial law firm in Nigeria. However, this union also ended in divorce. Now, Foli appears to have found happiness with Emma, as the two enjoy their blossoming relationship across borders.
