LUPITA NYONG’O AND BROTHER JUNIOR TO STAR AS TWINS IN SHAKESPEARE’S TWELFTH NIGHT 

Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o and her brother, Junior Nyong’o, are set to take the stage together for the first time in a highly anticipated production of William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. 

The siblings will play the iconic twin roles of Viola and Sebastian in this summer’s Shakespeare in the Park at the revitalised Delacorte Theater in Central Park.

Lupita shared the exciting news on her social media, “I’m thrilled to reveal some midsummer madness to look forward to: my brother @juniornyongo and I will take the stage as TWINS in Twelfth Night. Meet Viola and Sebastian! I can genuinely say that we’ve been preparing for these roles all our lives! Don’t miss our sibling revelry this summer when Shakespeare in the park returns at the revitalized Delacorte Theater in Central Park from August 7 to September 14.”

Directed by Saheem Ali, this production of Twelfth Night promises to be a star-studded affair, featuring a powerhouse cast including Bill Camp, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Khris Davis, Moses Sumney, Peter Dinklage, and Sandra Oh.
