MASS HOUSE RELEASES STATEMENT AFTER KILLING OF REVELLER

Mass House, a popular entertainment venue located within Ngong Racecourse in Nairobi, has issued a statement addressing claims of a tragic incident that occurred on its premises during the early hours of Saturday, February 15, 2025

Reports of the incident was posted on X handle @ross_corleone, who took to the platform to announce the death of his brother. “Good morning Kenyans, please assist me. I lost my brother on Sunday at Mass House. The police report stated that the joint found a young man collapsed on the stairs. The autopsy conducted yesterday confirms he was killed.”

His post sparked an outpouring of anger and demands for accountability from thousands of Kenyans, who called for clarity on the circumstances surrounding the young man’s death. The management of Mass House took to their official platforms to address the public and share their account of the incident. “Between the late hours of Friday, February 14, and the early hours of Saturday, February 15, 2025, an unfortunate incident occurred within the Mass House premises. We extend our deepest sympathies to the family and loved ones of the victim.”

The statement continued, “Although we are unable to share detailed information at this time, Mass House is fully cooperating with the relevant authorities to understand the circumstances surrounding this incident. We remain committed to transparency and will provide updates as the investigation progresses.“

Mass House reiterated its dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of its patrons. “The safety of our clients is our top priority, and we are firmly dedicated to maintaining a secure environment. We kindly ask for patience and understanding as the investigation unfolds,” the management added.

The matter has since been reported to the Karen Police Station under OB Number 9/15/2/2025.
