TIKTOKERS HANNAH BENTAH AND MARY MUSYOKA THREATEN TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST AZZIAD OVER SH600K UNPAID DEBT
Content creator Azziad Nasenya is reportedly facing legal action over unpaid debts amounting to Sh600,000.
Disgruntled TikTokers Hannah Bentah and Mary Musyoka recently went live on the platform to express their frustration with Azziad, accusing her of allegedly swindling them out of at least Sh600,000.
According to the duo, Azziad separately approached them, each time requesting a sum of Sh300,000. They have since shared messages and voice recordings as evidence of her appeals for financial assistance.
Hannah revealed that she even borrowed money from close friends to assist Azziad, who had claimed she was stranded in a foreign hotel and urgently needed funds to check out.
After securing Sh300,000 from Hannah, Azziad reportedly reached out to Musyoka, a businesswoman, with the same plea, promising to repay the amount within two days.
However, months have passed, and the content creator has yet to refund a single cent. The complainants allege that Azziad has been ignoring their attempts to contact her regarding the repayment.
Frustrated by the lack of response, the two have now decided to take legal action. In videos shared online, they announced their intention to file a case at the Small Claims Court, seeking to compel Azziad to settle her debts.
