Morgan Adrian, the boyfriend of renowned Kenyan social media sensation Azziad Nasenya, has broken his silence in response to the ongoing online bullying and criticism directed at him.
In a statement on his social media, Morgan addressed the hateful comments and abusive messages he has been receiving, while also shedding light on the situation surrounding Azziad’s unpaid debts. “Today, I have to speak up because this has been going on for too long, and it’s becoming unbearable,” Morgan said.
“I’m not the type of person to address issues when I’m mentioned somewhere. I avoid scandals at all costs, I don’t like drama, and I usually mind my own business. But some of you are coming to my page with hateful comments, abusive language, and accusations, wondering how I have hurt you. I mind my own business and have never hurt anyone, so what gives you the right to come to my page and start hating and abusing me left, right, and center?”
Morgan shared his frustration with the online trolls, saying that many of the critics are commenting on matters they know nothing about. While he refrained from divulging specific details, he hinted that the full story would eventually come to light. “I wish I could explain things as they really are, but it’s not my story to tell,” he said.
“She will bounce back. I pray, she does, and when she is okay, she will share what exactly went down. You guys will be ashamed, and you will see that what you are doing to me is bullying. We actually did our best to try to save her from this situation.”
Morgan also took aim at what he described as the toxic culture perpetuated by some members of the TikTok community. “One thing I don’t like about this new generation of guys who came to TikTok in 2020 is that you guys have brought too much toxicity to the platform,” he stated.
