AZZIAD NASENYA SET TO ADDRESS DEBT ALLEGATIONS ON RADIO
Digital creator Azziad Nasenya is set to address the public for the first time following mounting debt allegations levelled against her.
Azziad, who has been the subject of heated online conversations, will appear live on SoundCity’s Habari Shuffle this Friday at 10 AM, where fans and critics alike are invited to send in their questions.
Her SoundCity colleagues confirmed the much-anticipated appearance, stating: “Azziad is finally back on SoundCity. She has been trending and she is set to address the nation. Send your questions this Friday 10AM on Habari Shuffle.”
The allegations surfaced when TikTokers Hannah Bentah and Mary Musyoka went live on the platform, accusing Azziad of allegedly defrauding them of Sh600,000. The two claimed Azziad approached them separately, each time requesting Sh300,000, citing urgent personal crises. Hannah disclosed that she even borrowed money from friends to assist Azziad, who claimed to be stranded in a foreign hotel and unable to check out due to unpaid bills.
After receiving Hannah’s help, Azziad reportedly contacted Mary with a similar plea, promising to repay within 48 hours a promise that remains unfulfilled months later. The duo has since shared messages and voice recordings they say support their claims, adding that Azziad has ignored their calls and texts regarding repayment.
In February 2025, Azziad’s boyfriend, Morgan Adrian, took to TikTok to defend her, stating: “She will bounce back. I pray, she does, and when she is okay, she will share what exactly went down. You guys will be ashamed, and you will see that what you are doing to me is bullying. We actually did our best to try to save her from this situation.”
