‘HE MAKES ME HAPPY’ AKOTHEE’S DAUGHTER FANCY MAKADIA TIES THE KNOT IN INTIMATE CIVIL CEREMONY

Fancy Makadia, the last-born daughter of Kenyan artiste Akothee, has officially tied the knot with her partner, Fayrouz Vivian, in a  civil ceremony held in France on March 22, 2025. 

The intimate event was attended by her mother, Akothee, her two brothers, and her father, Dominic, who served as witnesses. The event comes nearly a year after Fancy and Fayrouz announced their engagement.

Fancy took to social media writing, “This man literally makes me happy @fayrouz_vivian. I’m so happy to be your wife .” Her message was accompanied by a video from the ceremony.

Akothee, who has always been vocal about her support for her children, shared her excitement about the milestone. “We just came to witness the signing of marriage documents. Harusi ndio inakuja (the wedding is coming), this one I was not even needed, just her father to sign as a witness that he has blessed them. Mimi nimekuwa tu kaflower girl . My chance to walk my daughter down the aisle is coming—stay tuned! @fancy_makadia has made me so proud Mrs. Engineer Vivian.”
