Bravo’s newest Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Shamea Morton, is giving fans an exclusive look inside her stunning Atlanta estate, Sterling Hall which sheshares with her husband, Gerald Mwangi, 63

The 42-year-old reality TV star opened the doors to her sprawling 21,439-square-foot mansion, offering a glimpse into the luxurious life she shares with her family.

Located in the prestigious Kingswood neighbourhood, the $9 million (Sh1.2 billion) property boasts eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, seven half-bathrooms, and a four-car garage.

Morton guided the Bravo cameras through her home, she revealed its rich history and opulent design. “We’ve had former presidents stay here, even the governor has hosted a party here,” she shared.

The grandeur of Sterling Hall is evident from the moment guests step inside. A dazzling chandelier made with Baccarat crystals hangs in the foyer, complemented by marble flooring that was custom-cut and blasted on-site. Morton noted that the home’s design draws inspiration from the St. Regis hotel brand, a favorite of hers. “Some of these same designs can be seen at the St. Regis. So I’m sure you can tell that that’s probably one of my favourite hotels.

The mansion’s interior features a vintage elevator, a basement home bar adorned with Jerusalem gold stone tiles, and fireplaces with centuries-old histories. The living room’s fireplace, for instance, dates back 200 years and was imported from France, while the kitchen’s fireplace is over 300 years old and hails from Spain. The kitchen itself is a masterpiece, complete with dual islands and custom crown molding that cost over $300,000.It’s an eight-piece molding, so they came in with a 12-man crew, and they literally did each piece at a time. It’s not just one piece, it’s stacked.

Modern amenities at the Georgia estate include an outdoor swimming pool, a wine cellar, and a replica of Atlanta’s iconic Fox Theater. One of the home’s most unique features is the train room, which houses a hyper-realistic model town complete with Americana landmarks like the original McDonald’s restaurant, a Ford manufacturing plant, and a carnival.

The tour continued through the primary bedroom, where Morton and Mwangi sleep under a custom headboard embroidered with their initials. A crystal chandelier adds a touch of glamour to the space, while doors lead out to a private terrace. “Every one of our levels has its own balcony space,” Morton noted.

The bathroom features a golden telephone-shaped showerhead, and Morton’s husband’s closet is so spacious it rivals her own. “Can you believe his closet was bigger than mine? I was like, no, that’s not going to work,” she joked, before stepping into a circular elevator that descends into her expansive closet room.“You know I had to save the best for last. Maybe not the best for my husband, but the best for me.

She proudly displayed her favourite accessories, including the Christian Louboutin shoes she wore on her wedding day, her first Rolex, Van Cleef bracelets, and a Chanel brooch.
