‘SECRET RITES TO SALVATION’ EMMY KOSGEI’S HUSBAND REVEALS FREEMASONRY TIES IN SHOCKING CONFESSION
Renowned Nigerian apostle and husband to Kenyan gospel artist Emmy Kosgei, Anselm Madubuko, has opened up about his past involvement in Freemasonry, calling it a deceptive pursuit of prosperity masked as faith.
The couple is currently in the country to attend the Azusa Conference, an annual gathering focused on worship, prayer, and revival. Speaking in an interview. Madubuko revealed that after becoming born again, he initially sought to balance Christianity with Freemasonry, believing he could maintain his membership for financial security.
“When I was born again, I said I will be worshipping God but keep my Freemasonry intact at least I’m assured of prosperity,” he admitted. “The brotherhood is very strong. If there’s a job left and a Freemason comes for an interview, they wouldn’t think twice about giving it to you. The networking is excellent, that was the attraction for me, not the spiritual aspect.“
Despite its outward appearance of godliness, Madubuko exposed the hidden spiritual dangers of the secret society. “Freemasons have a Bible called the Lodge Bible. The very first time you appear before the Mason board, they ask, ‘Do you believe in God?’ If you say no, they reject you. They want to give the impression it’s all about God, the last thing you’d expect from a Freemason is God.”
He described how the organisation mixes truth with deception, promoting salvation through works rather than grace. “In the lodge, we took care of the poor and gave offerings, making you think your good works will save you. But part of the initiation involves covering your eyes with a black cloth symbolizing darkness. The truth is hidden, and you can never know it as long as you’re there.”
