’SHE OWES ME SH1.8M’ OGA OBINNA BREAKS SILENCE ON BREAKUP WITH EX-GIRLFRIEND ELIZABETH 

Popular Kenyan media personality and comedian Oga Obinna has publicly addressed his break-up with former girlfriend Elizabeth for the first time, sharing surprising financial details and receipts from their relationship.

In an Instagram post, Obinna disclosed that he left Elizabeth with household items and his Toyota V8 after their split. He also presented evidence of a Ksh1.8 million loan he gave her, which she allegedly later denied receiving.

The revelations came after Elizabeth’s cousin, Kitonga, approached Obinna, claiming that he had failed to repay a Ksh700,000 loan she borrowed from her. Obinna responded by challenging Kitonga to publicly clarify the truth about his relationship with Elizabeth before he would assist in resolving the matter.

“Kitonga, relax, that Ksh700k? I don’t see you getting it back,” Obinna wrote. “I also gave Elizabeth a loan of Ksh1.8M after hearing she was stressed. I withdrew Ksh1.9M in cash from Stanbic and deposited Ksh1.8M into her Family Bank account to prevent her car from being repossessed. Check the date and time stamps the signature on the deposit slip is mine.”

Obinna accused Elizabeth and Kitonga of spreading misleading narratives, including claims that she was financially supporting him a rumour that went viral last year. He demanded accountability and urged Kitonga to record a video setting the record straight. “When they start, when the time comes, we finish eating,” Obinna stated, hinting at more revelations to come.
