KATE ACTRESS SHARES WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE AFTER FOUR MONTHS ON WEGOVY

Celebrated Kenyan actress Catherine Kamau, popularly known as Kate Actress, has opened up about her weight loss journey after using the prescription medication Wegovy for four months. 

The award-winning star took to social media to share her progress. In a candid post accompanied by a video recap, Kate Actress revealed, “I started this journey in December, took a break, and restarted it in January. It has been four months of consistency and lifestyle change. With Wegovy, you don’t feel much like eating, and when you do, you only crave healthy stuff. My hips were at 50 and now I’m down to 46. You can see how snatched I am! I think I’m ready to go back to the gym for weight training to firm everything up.”

She added, “One thing about me, I will share my journey authentically with my peeps. Here’s a recap of my weight loss journey on #Wegovy.”

Wegovy, an injectable medication containing semaglutide, is designed to aid weight loss by regulating appetite and promoting healthier eating habits.
