HARMONIZE CLAIMS DIAMOND PLATNUMZ’S MARRIAGE TO ZUCHU IS A SHAM

Tanzanian music star Harmonize has sparked controversy by alleging that rival Diamond Platnumz’s marriage to singer Zuchu is a business arrangement rather than a genuine union. 

In a now-viral Instagram Stories post on June 2, 2025, Harmonize wrote, “If the problem is marriage, why did I marry her 😂 it’s not what you think… You pretend to marry her so she can stay under your label 😂😂.”

Rather than engaging directly, Diamond posted a philosophical message about maturity and silence, stating, “Among the things I have learned is the maturity of staying silent… Your battle is being fought by God, and it makes you a Winner every day.”

However, he ended with a mysterious post by revealing he will soon talk about his union, “I know you have a different picture about Diamond Platnumz and marriage, but today I want to tell you, this Diamond has already married. One day, I will tell you how it happened.”

Harmonize, a former WCB Wasafi artist who left the label in 2019 after a bitter fallout, has had a strained relationship with Diamond Platnumz.
