‘I APOLOGISED TO MY DAD’ RUTH K BREAKS SILENCE ON MULAMWAH’S PRIVATE VIDEO SCANDAL

Social media personality Ruth K, has opened up about the recent private video scandal involving her ex-partner, comedian Mulamwah, revealing that she reached out to her father to apologise only to be met with silence.

She claims that before the scandal went public, her ex sent the explicit video to her father, leaving her devastated. She immediately texted her dad to apologise but says he “blue-ticked” her (read the message without responding) and has not spoken to her since.

The content creator expressed deep regret, saying, “I don’t know how my dad feels about me now. He’s a quiet person.I would never want such things to happen to my son or any child. From a parent’s perspective, this is so sad.” She shared a photo of her mother praying for her and her son, along with a screenshot of her apology text to her father.

Mulamwah denied ever sending the video to Ruth’s father, calling her claims “false” and accusing her of “trying to spoil his name.” His statement read, “My advice to my former wife and fellow parent, Ruth K., is to stay quiet and focus on your work. You’re yapping too much. No video or photo was sent to your dad. Have respect. Let’s not have a back-and-forth, if you talk, I will talk. Your mama called, focus and make them proud. Too many words to 1,000 people who don’t care won’t help anything.”
