BONIFACE MWANGI SLAMS NDIANGUI KINYAGIA FOR MISLEADING THE NATION WITH DISAPPEARANCE ACT

Activist Boniface Mwangi has called out blogger Ndiangui Kinyagia for his recent disappearance and reappearance “a criminal deception that betrayed the nation’s trust.” 

Mwangi’s condemnation comes as shocking new details emerge about the activist’s mysterious 5-day absence. “What Ndiangui Kinyagia has done is wrong, and criminal. An entire country was fighting for his release, and praying for his safety thinking he was abducted but all this time he was in hiding! Shame on him, and his family for misleading an entire nation. Kasongo Yeye!” said Boniface.

His disappearance caused national uproar after Kinyagia’s June 22 disappearance from his Kinoo home, when neighbours reported seeing armed men in unmarked Subarus forcibly taking him away. The Law Society of Kenya had documented these eyewitness accounts, sparking widespread protests and a court order demanding his production “dead or alive.”

In a dramatic twist, family lawyer Wahome Thuku announced that Kinyagia had contacted relatives, revealing he had gone into hiding voluntarily. “Mr. Ndiangui is well, healthy and safe,” Thuku stated, adding his client fled after learning DCI officers were pursuing him over unspecified allegations.
