CONTENT CREATOR BABA TALISHA SHARES DAUGHTER’S AUTISM AND DYSLEXIA DIAGNOSIS

Content creator Baba Talisha has opened up about his daughter Talisha’s recent diagnosis with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD Level 2), ADHD, and Dyslexia. 

The announcement comes five years after Talisha survived a near-fatal accident, Baba Talisha shared how the news initially left him heartbroken and full of questions. Like any parent, he had hoped for an easier path for his child. “It shook me. I won’t lie. I cried. I questioned. I broke down. Because as a parent, all you ever want is for your child’s life to be easy… not another mountain to climb. But then I looked at her and remembered: this girl has never needed a perfect path to shine. She is the light. This diagnosis doesn’t define her. It explains her.”

Yet amid the challenges, he remains hopeful, “It helps us understand the battles she’s been silently fighting every single day. As we move forward, Talisha will now be back on:Occupational therapy, speech therapy, educational support services and under prescribed medication to help her cope and function better each day. This is not the end, just a new beginning with answers. We walk forward not weaker, but stronger. Smarter. Ready.” 

The family is approaching this new phase with practical steps, “To all of you who’ve stood with Talisha since her accident, since her first steps back into life, this is another chapter. A different one, yes. But full of the same faith, love, and fight. She is still our miracle baby. She is still breaking odds. And she is not alone.”
