KING KALALA REVEALS PARENTS PAID SH100K RENT ARREARS AFTER LEAVING RADIO
Popular media personality Prudence Chepkirui also known as King Kalala, has revealed the challenges she faced after leaving NRG Radio.
The former radio host recently shared how her parents had to bail her out during her transition period. She disclosed that her parents assisted her in settling accumulated rent debts totalling Sh100,000.
Speaking during an interview, Kalala described the emotional process of informing her family about her situation and requesting their support. “I had to tell my parents there was a problem somewhere,” the media personality recalled. “They ended up paying rent for me, which was up to Sh100,000. I was like, I am not going back to the village. You guys just pay the rent, but give me like five minutes.”
She continues to build her brand through podcasting, hosting a new show alongside Frankie Just GymIt.
