LAWYER SILAS JAKAKIMBA ANNOUNCES SEPARATION FROM WIFE FLORENCE ADHIAMBO
Renowned Kenyan lawyer Silas Jakakimba and his wife, Florence Adhiambo, have publicly announced their decision to separate.
In a statement released, he wrote, “After careful consideration and much reflection, we Silas Jakakimba and Florence Adhiambo, have made the difficult but in certain and often times extremely considerate decision to separate. This decision was reached mutually and, with respect for one another, noting with deep appreciation and gratitude, the immense love and support from both sides of our innermost families and spiritual leaders as we sought to make this decision public.“
The statement continued, “We remain fully committed to maintaining the privacy and well-being of our family during this transition. We ask that our privacy be respected as we navigate this personal matter. We will not be making any further public statements whatsoever regarding this matter at this or at any other time and we do appreciate your understanding. We thank you.” The announcement, signed by both parties and dated Thursday, July 17, 2025.

In April 2022, the lawyer took to Facebook to air his co-parenting drama with his baby mama Beryl. Jakakimba claimed his son Fidel had been ‘kidnapped’ by his mother. “My son was maliciously exposed to trauma until 10pm last night when I picked him up. I’m told there’s a video that the team of women who kidnapped him sent viral when they clung to him in my residence. In consequence, I’ve had the minor certified as okay following the obvious effects of possible trauma occasioned by the said group of cheer-women.”
