TANZANIAN SUPERSTARS NAVY KENZO OFFICIALLY REBRAND AS AIKA & NAHREEL

Even superstars outgrow their names. In a move that mirrors how we all evolve in life, Tanzania’s music duo Navy Kenzo with members female singer Aika and male rapper Nahreel have unveiled their new artistic identity: Aika & Nahreel  proving that growth never stops, no matter how successful you become.

The group announced on social media, “From the very beginning of our musical journey, you’ve been with us giving us strength, love and support. Today, we officially announce that our stage name “Navy Kenzo” has come to an end, and we are beginning a new chapter under the name: Aika & Nahreel.”

Known for their chart-topping hits, electrifying performances, and unique Afro-pop and Bongo Flava fusion, Aika & Nahreel assured fans that while their name has changed, their signature sound, creativity, and dedication to music remain stronger than ever. 

“We’re not changing the essence of our music, but rather bringing it closer, more real, and more true to who we are as artists and individuals. To everyone who believed in us, held our hands, and walked this journey with us we sincerely thank you. Your love is what brought us this far. And that same love is what carries us into this new chapter,” the group added.
