AKOTHEE UNDER FIRE FOR INDECENT DRESSING AT RUMA NIGHT

Controversial Kenyan musician and businesswoman Akothee has once again set tongues wagging after donning a daring outfit at her Ruma Night event in Homabay. 

The self-proclaimed President of Single Mothers turned heads in a short jacket, camouflage hot pants and boots, causing a heated debate on social media about fashion and cultural appropriateness.

While fans praised Akothee’s unapologetic confidence, critics called her ensemble “inappropriate” for the public event. Never one to shy away from drama, the singer clapped back, “The table shaker has united Kenyans, mamagenz! 🤣🤣🤣 And I have zero regrets for choosing this outfit. It has done 100% of my work Homabay is on the global map!” She cheekily added, “This was not Luo festival. This was #RumaNight by Akothee!”

In true Akothee fashion, she doubled down on her style choice, joking about her infamous legs, ”Oyaaa, I warned you about these legs years back! 🤣🤣🤣 These legs are my assets, they’re a movement! Just a little exposure, and Kenya comes to a complete stop. See legs, ooh! I need intellectual medical cover because these legs carry brains!“

She further defended her look, calling it “Ruma Night by Akothee” dress code and playfully challenging critics, “Warm long legs, if you got it, show it! 🤣🤣🤣 Amiel ma adwa tho (I have no shame).”
