Businesswoman Sarah Njoki is breaking her silence to clarify misconceptions surrounding her high-profile separation from Simon Kabu.

Contrary to public belief, Njoki confirms that her Range Rover was not a gift from her estranged husband but a personal investment tied to a brand collaboration.

“That Range Rover was a collaboration between the bank and myself as ‘Brand Sarah.’ We needed a creative way to introduce it to the public, so we framed it as a gift from Simon. But the truth is, I saved for the deposit, and the bank sponsored the remaining balance. Simon was also sponsored by the bank for his own cars. It was purely a publicity stunt,” Njoki explains.

Njoki reveals she initially chose to leave her marriage privately, maintaining a positive public image on relationships until December 4, 2024, when leaked CCTV footage from her home forced the matter into the spotlight.

While a court gag order now prevents her from discussing case details, Njoki hints at deeper reasons for the split, “I had 10 clear reasons for leaving, all written down. But for now, I cannot talk about it.”
