MUSICIAN PETRA AND BOYFRIEND HAMZA TIE THE KNOT 

Kenyan musician Petra has announced her marriage to boyfriend Hamza. 

The couple officially united on September 14, 2025, “She prayed for him. He prayed for her. And God smiled knowing their names are written next to each other,” referencing Matthew 18:19. 

The new Mr. and Mrs. Hamza have found meaning in their shared name. “In Hebrew, the name Hamza is written חמסה and means ‘five’ the protective hand often shown with the Eye of God. For us, Mr. & Mrs. Hamza, is more than a symbol it’s divine protection and blessing over our union,” Petra explained.
