SHIKO NGURU AND MIKE MONDO CELEBRATE ONE YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY 

Popular personalities Shiko Nguru and Mike Mondo are celebrating their first wedding anniversary. 

The couple is marking the occasion by reflecting on their deliberate choice to have a simple, intimate ceremony at the Attorney General’s office, In joint posts on their respective social media accounts, “One year ago today ❤️💍,” they began. “People think getting married at the AG’s office is messy, rushed, and hectic … but it’s none of those things. It’s simple, yes, but in the best way…Intimate, stress-free, and focused on two people making a covenant. If we had to do it all over again, we’d do it the exact same way 💍✨.”

The pair tied the knot in a private civil ceremony in September 2024. Mondo officially announced he was “off the market” with a photo of the couple captioned, “Hello mrs Mondo.” Shiko, in turn, gave her followers a glimpse into their special day via her Instagram stories, sharing a snap of them at the AG’s office “Shout out to my bestie @izujules for being the best photographer, maid of honour, legal witness, cake matron and hype woman.“

The union beautifully blended their families, with Shiko bringing three children from a previous union and Mondo two.
