MP SALASYA SETTLES SH62,000 OUTSTANDING BILL FOLLOWING PUBLIC APPEAL BY BUSINESS OWNER

Mumias East MP Peter Salasya has settled an outstanding bill of KSh62,000, following a public appeal from businesswoman Tina, popularly known online as Tina Actress.

The matter came to light on October 5, when Tina, CEO at Ignite Bistro & Sports Barposted a video on social media directly addressing the MP. In her appeal, she stated, “Salasya please, the economy is too hard, just put some respect to my business and settle your bill of KSh 62,000.”

The video quickly garnered public attention, on October 6, Tina confirmed via an update that the matter had been resolved amicably. She posted, “Thank you guys for sharing my concern about Mheshimiwa’s issue. All is now sorted. Thanks.”
