JEFF KOINANGE BACK ON TV AFTER SIX-MONTH HIATUS

Celebrated news anchor Jeff Koinange has officially returned to the airwaves, resuming his role as host of the popular JKL Show on Citizen TV after a six-month hiatus. 

His on-air comeback was marked by a warm and humorous welcome from colleague Ayub Abdikadir, creating a memorable moment for viewers during prime-time broadcast. The announcement of his return was confirmed by Koinange himself on social media, where he posted, “I’m baaaaaaaaaaaaaack #JKLive.” 

Over the past months, Koinange’s break from television sparked public discussion and unfounded rumours, including theories about his departure from the station, retirement, and even baseless reports concerning his health.

Addressing the speculation, Koinange responded to blogger Xtian Dela, who had shared his concern online, stating clearly, “Bro bro. I’m alive and kicking,” thereby putting all rumours to rest.
