MISS KAMWERU RELEASES BREAK UP ANTHEM ENDA UKIENDA

Kenyan singer Miss Kamweru is closing out a strong year with Enda Ukienda, her final release of the season.

She’s hopped onto the Oontz wave reshaping Nairobi’s urban sound, and this track taps into that energy in its own way. The production leaves room for rhythm, repetition and a sense of release, which mirrors the heart of the song.

Miss Kamweru calls Enda Ukienda an anthem about healing and walking away from a love that keeps hurting you. The lyrics are direct and raw, but the song doesn’t wallow. It leans into freedom instead of sadness, and the Oontz lift in the instrumental makes that feeling clear.

She co-wrote the record with Mercury, one of Kenya’s most gifted song writers. Vic West produced the audio, giving it a steady pulse that lets her vocals sit front and center. This release caps off a big year for Miss Kamweru, including a standout collaboration with Iyanii that pushed her to a wider audience. Enda Ukienda lands as her final word of the year: honest, melodic, and rooted in choosing yourself.
